Unfurtunately you'll need your customer number and password to download the upgrade anyway. And that's not embedded in your Control Panel or any other vBulletin file.

Once you download it, it's a simple matter of copying the files onto your server and running specific upgrades scripts. However you need to get the zip file first, and that requires a customer number and password.

I have FTP into the server and made a small correction

This was sent to us and I have done this. NOW WHAT???
Is our license number inside one of these PHP files???

Please We need to upgrade. We don't have a problem paying it is we are already paid. So why waste the money when we have already paid.
