If you've customised your profile to include a background images, your album page pulls that through also. -

I have the same problem: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...g-in-My-Albums. Albums backgrounds are pulling attachments at random... Never got another reply or help from the vB staff as they announced in this thread.
I disabled the crappy profile customization to avoid all the issues coming along with that and therefore cannot offer this "feature" to my community. Maybe vB 4.999 fixes this...Comment

If you see the code in your Firebug window, you'll see it's #usercss that holds the image. It's being held as a user profile customisation in the database. However, I've seen this once before where it was cached in the database and despite attempts to remove it from your own customisation, it wouldn't accept.
Have a look in the usercsscache table in your database - is there any record with your userid in there?Comment

Take a backup first to be on the safe side then delete that rowComment

It solved my problem with My Albums too. I did a backup of my database, deleted the row with my ID and it's all fine now. However, I have like 150 entries in that table, so far I only deleted my own. Is it safe to delete all entries? Until today I have no customizations enabled on my vB 4 live site which makes me think the table entries could be all leftovers from vB 3.8.
To make sure I have no more wrong calls of attachements, can I delete all rows in usercsscache? Thanks a lot!Comment

ceho, did you allow profile customization when your site was running 3.8? If so, I would say the entries in that table can all be deleted. Just make a backup so you can restore it if something goes wrong... but I think you will be fine.Comment

Yes indeed. I deleted all entries in the db of my test forum and it obviously works fine. So I will do it on my life site as well tonight (after a backup ;-)). Thanks!
Nevertheless this issue shouldn't have happened and it's showing once again the vB4 is still far far away from being perfect. The Profile Styling option was and is a mess! Another example: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...ize-Blog-Style
If I count the hours vB4 cost me since I purchased the presale offer... Well, you know what I mean ;-).Comment
