Manage Attachments: No Browse Button?

I just finished upgrading my forums from VB3 b7 to Gamma and a user alerted me to the fact that the Browse button isn't visible in the popup window that appears:

Use the 'Browse' button to find the file you want to attach, then click 'Upload' to add it to this post.
Valid file extensions: avi bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip
File to Upload:

The upload botton is.

This is on the standard VB3 Default template..

Any ideas?
