Where is my attachment browse button ?

My board is working perfectly but I cannot find browse button
When I press Manage Attachment browse button not there..Any idea ??

It is because you have the admin setting Attachments Per Post set to 0 in the Message Attachment Options.

Set it to a non-zero number for now.

Number of files that may be attached to a single post. Set to '0' to have no limit.

'0' = no limit, what do you mean by that?
