Please Click Here, I got an Error, I NEED HELP

I need some help, I totally cleared my existing 1.1.4 database, and started fresh with BETA2, now, for some reason, in the Administrator Control Panel, "Categories" (Add / Remove) doesn't appear, it says, Announcements, then Forums, is this correct, I did recieve an error during install, posted below, and just kept going, can anyone tell me how to fix that error?, maybe it has something to do with "Categories" not showing up.

The script reported errors in the installation of the tables. Only continue if you are sure that they are not serious.

The errors were:

Error number: 1142

Error description: alter command denied to user: 'crystallized@localhost' for table 'word'

Any help would be greatly appreciated on clearing this error....thanks....also, I've included a screenshot of the "No Categories" thingy....

You don't have ALTER permission for your database. Contact your host.

Is this new? because I didn't get any errors with 1.1.4, would this have to do with the Categories option, not showing up?
