I noticed when the forums here updated to vb3 the wysiwyg option was set automatically, but for my forum you have to go in to User CP to use it, I want it so that everybody can use it automatically, how can this be done
How can I enable WYSIWYG automatically for everybody

There is an option under General Options to turn it on globally.Translations provided by Google.
