Banned at vbulletin.org ?

Hi guys,
I can'T access vbulletin.org and/or www.vbulletin.org for months!!
I though it is down because of the upcoming release of vb3 but everbody seems to able to go to that page apart from me.
I have tried to access the page with opera,IE and mozilla and the page simply does not load:

So because of the fact I do not have any filters that forbit me to go to certain pages I really have no clue why I can't access this page.

Maybe my ip range is banned on this side ?? Because I do have a dynamic IP and someone else who is banned has similar IPs to me and so I am banned too?

anyone know a public proxy address so I can try to access the website with proxy ? I'm sure this is a router problem, the other guy is german, I'm french, we are from europe. Maybe it's just that.

Nope. Maybe your ISP's DNS records are not updated properly? I don't know if the server IP has changed but try this...
