Domain Question

Hi

I have several Domain names that I have bought at GoDaddy and right now I have one of them parked there. When I go and try to unpark it by setting new DNS, two days later it is still parked at GoDaddy. Their support staff promised to look into it and haven't. I have tried changing the DNS at least 5 times and each time it remains parked at GoDaddy.

Anyone know what else I can do?

2 days isn't long for propagation, try waiting 4 or 5 days.

LOL I waited a whole week for it to propagate before I Emailed tech support.

This isn't a propogation issue, the registrar database should update things like DNS immediately so they can be propogated. It doesn't take 2-3 days to update a database after the submit key is pressed. Even with that, I find that my domain names have been propogating within 36 hours lately especially since I am the process of moving servers.

Have you called their support? Personally, if this were happening to me, I would be transferring every domain name to another registrar. Luckily, I have my own reseller account from eNom so I don't have these hassles. I have complete control and any support issues are answered within hours if not minutes.

Propogation has never taken over 48 hours for me. (Not that that's even what this thread's about.. Just felt like saying something. )

What you have said is why I can't figure this out. I changed the DNS once at like 6pm, by noon the next day it was already propagated. I have contacted GoDaddy support on Thursday. They said within 24 hours I would have an answer and I'm still waiting.

Does anyone know of a good place where I can transfer my domains too? I would like some place easy where I just login like GoDaddy and get what I need to do done.
