step=3 Warning

hi guys need help on this one its for instaling Vblite
on step=3 i get this message:

is it from me or from the server.
my server info is :
CPU :450 MHz AMD prosessor.
RAM :256 RAM
hard disk :20GB (two HD) 20 + 20 = 40GB
operating system : Linux 2.2 multi task O.S
Apache module: HTTP 1.1-compliant
SQL version: interbase 6 sql server database
PHP version: PHP4
runing on : COBALT RAQ4R

step 3 errors mean that you have somethin wrong in your config.php(3) file.

you need to check and make sure you have entered the correct variables.
