How do I change the graphics on the top?

I want to replace my top graphics, how do I do that?

ALso, I see alot of boards with a column on the left side for ad space..... How do I configure something like that?

1. Upload your logo to the images directory then change the location of your forum logo here:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> style name -> Style Vars (in the All Style Options drop-down menu) -> Title Image

2. Edit your header template and add the ad image. It's straight HTML.

Those instructions are for vBulletin 3. For vBulletin 2, you'll need to upload the logo image to your 'images' directory, then update the URL of your logo in the Admin CP --> Styles --> Modify --> [fonts/colors/etc] --> [image paths] --> Title Image

To add an ad, it would be the same thing as vB3. Edit your 'header' template.
