    What version did you upgrade from and what script(s) did you run?

                In clientscript/vbulletin_md5.js, find:
                Code:
                function str_to_ent(str)
                {
                Under it add:
                Code:
                return result;
                And upload. If people still have problems, tell them to hit ctrl+f5 to do a hard refresh -- that should fix it.
