Almost ready for alpha

Im almost ready to open the alpha of lsforum (Play).

Just making more nav buttons and getting the logo right

so far heres my progress :

because it's the first state of the release of it.

The skin will be done in beta-release.

It looks like the vB colors kind-of because it's the "fall theme" the theme changed everymonth.

How can forums be alpha please?

Easy:

Alpha: The CSS and color changes.
Beta: Code changes. Stick around on Beta for a while so people can give you bug reports and stuff.
Final: When everything is running smoothely

And you add steps as you need too.

I only do Alpha and Beta though, on the rare occasion I actually make a totally new theme that isn't totally based off the vB templates...

when you design for clients you often give them mock-ups (alpha's and beta's) before you give them the final product in order to feel your way to what they like best.
