Did you make sure your Admin CP CSS file was loaded?

There should be a folder called "cpstyles" in your forum root directory.

Inside that there should be two folders, "vBulletin_2_Default" and "vBulletin_3_Default".

each of these folders has a CSS file and some images

Make sure under General Options -> Admin Control Panel Options that one of those styles are selected.

I had to go into the admin CP and click on one of the styles and actuallly select it and save the setting to make it show up right. Mine was doing the same as yours at first.

One last stab here. Does your wysiwyg editor buttons show up? If not, what did you use to upload the files with? It they are there, then this is not going to help you.

I had a few problems with uploading in lowercase but that isn't what is going on with you. When you pick the defualt vb3 style did you highlight it and click on it and THEN save it? My Admin CP was acting the exact same way as yours with the white background and all the links showing right until I did that and then that fixed it. If you already did that, then you got me on this one.

Im using cPanel 6 and it appears that something in the vBulletin code is calling the login for cPanel.
