Exporting / Importing posts

hi..new user of vbulletin here..i did a search but did not find anything..forgive me if I overlooked it.

A fellow vbulletin user is shutting down his forums. We would like to migrate threads/posts from a select few forums on his site to my new forums..can this be done?

Currently there is no way to do this. We are working on a vB-to-vB impor script but I'm not sure of the status on that.

Boy, this is an old thread. Yep, I'm afraid it's still being worked on. The good news is that this is definitely scheduled to be done soon after the release of vB3 final.
