        Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

        If it is still happening, then try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
        Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

        PHP Code:
        define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

        If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

            If you have created a default style and turned off all your modifications via the plugin system and it's still not working, then you should reupload all the default vbulletin files.

                So you just did the upgrade and it stopped working when you did the upgrade? Reupload the default files - maybe you missed a file or one wasn't completely uploaded.

                      This usually means it is a style issue.

                              Looks like problem in server configuration.

                              It can be problem with proxy, cache or browser settings.

                              Ask your friends to test quick reply on your forum, to make sure it's not problem on your computer.

                              You can also try to change this settings:
