Installation:
Just Import the xml (Download / Upload Language) with the new Title for Uploaded Languages Vietnamese.

Description:
This pack is translated almost the front-end with Vietnamese Languages. The AdminCP is not yet translated. I'm working on that. Thanks for download.

- Vietnamesed the AdminCP.

Thank you for your contribution. Our rules do not allow translation of the powered_by phrases, so those 2 have been restored, custom phrases have been filtered out. The .zip has been updated and published.
