Update datastore table?? Help

Is there any way I can force the datastore table to be updated. I have changed my domain name, and changed the vbulletin options to my new domain details and forum name, however when looking at the datastore table it doesnt seem to have updated itself and its causing me quite afew issues ...

Use tools.php to rebuild the datastore cache should fix the problem for you.
tools.php can be found in the "do_not_upload" directory of your original vbulletin package. Upload it to your admincp directory, visit it from your browser, and do what you need. Once you're done with it, delete the file off of your server as it is a security risk to leave it up there.

I just tried this and I get a blank page. Any thoughts on what the problem could be?
