Delete Thread Issue

Is this something new? I recently upgraded to 3.7.1 so maybe this is a new feature but when I try to physically delete a thread it is making me verify myself and enter my password again.

Is this a new feature of 3.7.1?

I forget where the setting to turn it off is though.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Enable Inline Moderation Authentication -> No
