Navbar spacing?

Hey guys, I'm trying to bump my navbar up against my main header.. I'm yet to figiure out how it seems as if there is an ivisible 20px padding there? You can see it here http://forums.justalkaboutit.com
Any advice in aprreciated..

# remove breakline from top of template
