How do I make my user info appear like this (pic) in a post?

I have an unmodified (except for navbar) vBulletin v3.6.8. I really want the user info to list down the left side when a post in made, rather than the uncustomized way, where everything is listed across the top of each post.

I am attaching a picture showing the difference of what I mean exactly, as I am sure my wording isn't that great. The top picture is a post from my forum, and the bottom picture is a screenshot from another forum, the way I want mine to look.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
