I'm not a moderator, just customer support... though, I do report spam to them every now and then before the spam gets picked up. As for avatar... I think it's coming... I don't know who is in charge of making me one with a coffee cup crossed out (those that have my msn knows -- I'm quitting caffeine and anything that's highly caffeinated). Usergroup and title... I think I've got them for a few months now. As per mentioned, I've been with vb China for over a year already, so the user group setting was reflected already as of new year ish (see Show Leaders page).
