Whats wrong with my installation?

I have just finished upgrading to latest release, this is what I see on my admin screen:

Latest version available: 3.6.7 PL1. You are currently running vBulletin version 3.6.7.

This means you did not upgrade. You probably did the patch instead.

I was at 3.6.6 level.
Downloaded the full upgrade version and installed.
I have not installed a patch before, don't even know how to patch.

I did the same upgrade for two forum sites (downloaded corresponding zips), the other one was 3.6.4 and is displaying correct version 3.6.7 PL1.

I tried to reapply the upgrade 2 more times, in both cases it goes thru 5 steps. But it is still 3.6.7

I will download upgrade again and retry.

Then this means that you either are not running the upgrade correctly or you have not uploaded all the 3.6.7PL1 files.

Make sure that version shows in the upper right hand cornet if the upgrade.php page.

I just downloaded upgrade and reapplied.
It is still at 3.6.7 level
What I recognised id it is always applying http://forum.iyinet.com/install/finalupgrade.php

I don't know what to tell you then. I was able to upgrade and it shows Admin Control Panel (vBulletin 3.6.7 PL1) in the Admin CP at the top. Something was definitely not done right.

What does Suspect Files show?

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

Ok, I figured what happened.
My admincp was renamed as admincpblabla.
During ftp upload admincp files did not get into correct directory, I had to rename it before upload.
