New Domain, Same Database

Hey guys, I have an existing forum on an old domain. I need to move that forum (the database) to a new domain (on a new server).

What are they steps to do this? I already looked at the phpmyadmin section, I have the file (.sql), I uploaded it to the new server, and when I go to the section of /forums/ I get a blank white page.

So then i figured I would go to the install script, and instead of clicking on reset, I clicked on upgrade. I then tryed to log into the new login area with the old username password for the admin, when I did this it said it was not correct.

I would appreciate some help please.

Follow these instructions, then log into your AdminCP and change the Site and Forum URL in vBulletin Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details to be the correct URL.
