Since I have no clue what SPAW is, I'm going to have to say no.

Going with Zach's assumption, No, vBulletin doesn't use SPAW.

But vBulletin does have it's own answer to SPAW, if Zachery's assumption is correct.

We don't have a wisiwyg for html content in the admin control panel, but we do have a wisiwyg editor for the post system

Yes I was speaking about :

SPAW Editor is a web based WYSIWYG editor control enabling web site developers to replace a standard textarea html control with full-featured, fully customizable, multilanguage, skinable web based WYSIWYG editor

Sorry but I didn't understood. Do you use SPAW editor in vbulletin in general? (it doesn't matter where in admin area or at posting msg).

Please clarify is "wisiwyg editor for the post system" and SPAW is the same? Or does it has the same features?

Who is the author of "wisiwyg editor"?

We don't use SPAW anywhere, but we use a custom built WYSIWYG editor that has similiar features.
