Can I simple purchase a ownership license after 1 year instead of renewing the lease?

Can I purchase a ownership license after using the software for a year instead of renewing the lease? and will my software continue working ok with the previous license key, rather would you guy simple upgrade my license key to ownership status? Please let me know asap I want to lease the software, but want to make sure I have the option to buy after and year and won't have to make any changes to my site.

Yes, you can do that, but you'll have to pay the full price of US$ 160 if you upgrade your license after a year.
You won't have to make any changes though.
