datastore filesystem problem

On a busy forum, filelock code for datastore cache (in filesystem mode) work bad.

Under some conditions, datastore_cache.php is saved to 0 bytes, and then board show some errores or fails until file is reuploaded.

Some better code should be used to avoid these problems.

Not really enough info to comment. Perhaps you should post a specific suggestion in the 3.5 Suggestions forum so the Devs will read it.
