Couldn t login ADMINCP

I can't login my ADMINCP and neither can anyone else it just loops back to login screen
I tried VB3 on a backup server .. and it was working good .. then I made a back up database on my main server and start upgrading to 3.5.0 .. every thing ran smoothly but when I tried to login ADMINCP to reopen the forum for users I v encounter this prob

Are both the admincp and modcp folders defined in config.php?

What is your cookie prefix? (config.php)
Did you have any other cookie settings set?

Just ran into this problem myself.

Although I thought the "PATH TO FORUMS DIRECTORY" being left blank was the problem, I do believe the problem (for me) was using two words for "Prefix that all vBulletin cookies will have".

Once I removed the space between the words and uploaded the changed 'config' file, I refreshed the Browser window and I was in.
