How do I put Put Link on Navbar..

..I was just upgraded, by install team. But I lost the link on Navbar to Forums Image Uploader.
The NavBar template coding is a bit different than 3.0.8. So where in NavBar Template do I put the code and is the code the same as this from 3.0

    <td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="URL">LINKED TEXT</a></td>

    changes in blue.

My Members depend on this and I need to get it up ASAP..lol
