    Same Problem

I am having the same problem. Can anyone help? Seems there is a problem with REPLYING TO PM's with the same error 1062. Actually sending a NEW PM is working. One other Maybe unrelated/ maybe related is a report from a member saying something I am not totally clear on yet: She says: I can log in from email but not from site.

      Found Source and Solved!

I think I have found the source of this challenge. I tried to duplicate this error and what I found is this.

The only time it will duplicate is when the email address of the member is either invalid OR their ISP is rejecting our emails AND the member has their UserCP Options set for email notification of new PM.

eLsGn, could you test this theory on your forum by disabling the members (the one that is creating the error only) email notifications and then replying or sending them a PM or POST, whichever function it is that is causing this error on your froum? Please post here your results. I would like to try to ensure that this is truly the real source of this error for us. Thanks

So bottomline is, this looks like it is not really a database problem to me.

VBsupport please take a look at my assessment and conclusion and advise me as to whether this makes sense to you, technically speaking. I have *no* experience or understanding YET about databases and such technical issues as this. But I am always learning!

      Thank You

        Update: Error Still Occuring

Okay, further trouble-shooting is proving I am wrong. Tested this theory with a proven good email address. This error continues when member settings in UserCP is set to send email notifications of either PMs or Posts.

        Please advise
