How do I add subforums?

I want to add some subforums. For example, under the vB 3.0 on these forums, you see these subforums:
Sub-Forums: vBulletin 3 Download Submissions, vBulletin 3 Style Packs, vBulletin 3 Language Packs, vBulletin 3 Graphics and Other Resources

How exactly do I add those on my own forum? Thanks

First, your forums must be setup like this:

-- Category
---- Forum
------ Sub-Forum 1
------ Sub-Forum 2
------ Sub-Forum 3

... where the "Sub-Forums" will be listed as links under the "Forum."

Then you need to make sure these options are set to the listed values:

Admin CP --> vBulletin Options --> Forum Listings Display Options --> Depth of Forums - Forum Home --> 2

Admin CP --> vBulletin Options --> Forum Listings Display Options --> Depth of Sub-Forums --> 1

After you have set that up, it should mimic the way the submission forums are listed here.

How do I set it up like this:
-- Category
---- Forum
------ Sub-Forum 1
------ Sub-Forum 2
------ Sub-Forum 3

Do I just make those 3 subforums as child forums of the "Forum"? And then I just change those settings? Thanks
