A Small Problem

We decided to skin our forums to green. However, I am having a bit trouble on a specific area. I don't know what you call it, but it is a thin line, like a border, around the forums. I took a picture and circled around it:

That line is blue and doesn't match with the new colors. I want to change it to black or something else, and I looked in the AdminCP > Style Manager, but I can't find it.

I also have two other quetions. I want the banner at top of my forums to be centered, rather showing on the left had corner.

And my second question is, how can I stop an icon showing beside each thread name?

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Show Default Post Icon >

Set it to '0' and save

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Common Templates (in the menu) -> header

Remove the red code, and change the alignment (in blue):
