The first thing I recommend is that you reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

It would appear that it was an issue with disk space.

Many thanks for a quick response.

Think I jumped the gun a bit!

There WAS an issue with disk space however I suspect the real problem is due to there now being zero rows in the 'attachmentviews' table!!

Same can be said for the 'threadviews' table!!

        1. What sort of info. do these 2 tables contain please?
        2. Can I just re-upload some of the original vB non-image files?
        3. Any suggestions how this could have happened/what might cause this?

FYI: a d'base dump was performed on Friday but I've been assured that that was all that was performed.

        Thanks,
        Andy

You seem to be showing up unlicensed..

could you please enter your vBulletin.com forum registered email address on the form on this page to receive support for this issue: http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...t_priority.php
          - you will need your vB license customer number and password to access this form.

how was the database dump done ? mysqldump command or you touched the actual database *.myi, *.myd, and *.frm data files during the backup ?

Hopefully we're now showing up licensed again(?).

I 'believe' that a mysqldump command was used.

Please can you expand on what sort of info. these 2 tables contain - thanks.

These tables contain the attachment and thread view counts.

                Hi,

They appear to be dynamic, incrementing/decrementing as & when users access threads/attachments - does that sound about right?
