But i was just wondering if i could take out one of those lines, because it kinda messes with my template.

Maybe just have "Powered by: vBulletin Version 3.0.3"

or "Copyright ©2000 - 2004, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd"?

Whats the minimum?

Surely as Copyright and © mean the same thing you can have one or the other:
vBulletin; ©2000 - 2004, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.

The product and company name do clearly have to be left intact though to be honouring the license agreement.

making it look ugly. Having two lines instead of one was just icky. But then i changed some css stuffs and it looks better now

Technically you can use Copyright or ©, however since vB is an online work it should be compatible with audio browsing which means you should have Copyright spelled out at the very least.

Or provide a title attribute to a span around the copyright symbol as audio browsing and disability readers use the title when unable to 'render' content.

Sorry! Not trying to be a pain in the arse... but duplication isn't needed and if the long version is only required for disability readers then a title attribute would solve it.
