Shorter Registration

I would like to make my Registration almost as short as possible, allowing them only certain items that they need to add.... with nothing that they can select or change.

Where in the ACP is this done?

You can set the various registration defaults in your:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options

In that section, uncheck the Require Birthday option to remove that field from the registration form.

You can also disable your custom profile fields:

Admin CP -> User Profile Fields -> User Profile Field Manager -> [Edit] -> Field Required

Set this to No for all of your profile fields.

If you take a look at the attachment there are a couple of other areas from the "Additional Information" section that I have circled that I would also like to remove. With removing them, would they still be able to alter in their User CP though correct?
