    What does "MGM out" means?

      MGM -> Nickname
      Out -> Bye. Might be something like "Over and Out", used on radio conversations.

                          And yea, MGM is short for MetalGearMaster, and out simply means... umm... later?

                              Yeah, it's just used to say bye & to indicate the post is done.
                              It is a bit redundant, since the end of the post itself, implies the post is done, but some people do it anyway.
