Isn't error 0 that it can't establish connection with mysql server?

The server is reachable? Ok, try to check if MySQL daemon is running and if your database exists, and if the user/pass combination is correct and if the user is added with permission to access that database (and linked to it).

One of the details (host, database, user or pass) is incorrect and causes that error.

We do not have those details, only you or your hosting provider.

How do i check if mysql daemon is running?

the DB exists - i can browser through it using an admin control panel oprovided by host. User/Pass combinations should be ok aswell.

          Thanks for the help
