I have the administrator (me) setup to have unlimited attachment size, mods and super mods to have a 1mb limit, registered users have a 40kb limit, and subscribers have a 80kb limit. It the VB options I have it set that attachments can take up an unlimited amount of disk space. When I try to attach something, it says I have a 40kb limit. What is going on here?

What is the limit you set for the file type you are trying to attach? -
It is a 43kb jpg file, I was trying to test the attachments in quick reply when I found this out. If it hadn't been for that, I probably wouldn't have known about the problem unless it also effects mods too.
One thing I tried to fix the problem was disable attachments for registered users since that is the size limit it is giving me, and it still no cigar.Last edited by dsites; Mon 19 Jul '04, 9:02am.Comment

In AdminCP, under Attachments->Extensions & Sizes, you can define the max. size for a particular file type. What limit is set there for the file type you are trying to upload?Comment

I am running VB 3.0.03 and I don't see the attachements in the Admin CP menu.
Is it different for this version?
