Installing vbulletin step 0

I use wsftp pro for uploading but i dont now how to upload them.
Can someone tell me, where i must put the files.
Maybe some dutch speaking peoples here?

Just put all the files you need to upload in the directory in which you'd like to run vBulletin out of.

Ok my english sucks and my IQ is not high.
A simple answer is good anough, a friend comes later today for trying me helping out.
Maybe i get a littele help from you guys, when i knowing some more.

Ok, thanks for your reply, what you say is what i read in the manuall but dont understand.
I can upload my website maar this is other stuff.
MMM i think that i must learn first how to upload normal and correct a homepage
