Try logging out, and then back in, and see if that fixes it.

Are you running the latest version of vBulletin?

I would try upgrading to 2.2.6 and see if that fixes this.

(I just merged the two separate threads on this issue)

I tried to access your site http://portal.trebia.com/forums but got a 'Cannot find server' error.

                  Have you installed any hacks?

Steve, in the screenshot it says Trebia Intranet Forums, which may be the reason that you can't access it.

vbPortals is a hack - and a very major one at that. It makes a lot of changes to the vB database and files. My guess is that this problem is related to that hack since this does not happen on an unhacked forum. You could try reuploading the origianl poll.php file to see if that fixes the problem. In not, then all I can suggest is to either remove all traces of vBProtal by upgrading to 2.2.6 and removing the portal's changes to the database, or you can try posting on their own support forums at http://www.phpportals.com. Good luck!

                          Steve,

I have posted in the vbportal site as well, but, I have had this site up and running ( with polls working ) for well over two months. I'm in the process of upgrading my test site now, but, that could take weeks before I can release it. ( corp. requirement on testing ).

If you have had the site up and running for a while with no problems with polls, I highly doubt that it's related to vB. vB won't just stop working unless you edit a file and make it not work. Maybe the server is running a different version of PHP? Also, maybe you could try running repair.php from the /extras/ folder in the download file from vB. The sessions table could be messed up, although that is just a wild guess.

repair.php run and passed no errors. but it does say that the session table is not setup for this

                              Checking table session
                              Table Operation Type Text
vbulletin.session check status This table does not support check/repair/optimize
