I know that I can replace it via Styles by putting #DFDFDF" background="{ imagesfolder }/dotted.gif in the table color section. However since there needs to be 2 images, one for horizontal, the other for vertical, it looks like crap when only one file is used, since the tables with horizontal lines look fine, but any other lines going vertically look weird.
So Im guess I need to manually enter the backround image in a few templates. Can someone tell me what templates and what code it is I need to change to put 2 different backround images for borders?
