Nope, there is no program since most html editors will auto put tags into their own line for ease of "editing" Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Hot Dog, HTML kit.

Just go int and "edit" it out. It'll take time, but if you want to do what you want, you have to put some effort.

It wont take long as long as you know what to look for.
