Registration: Required Information --> Optional Information

How to move
Registration: Required Information a field like "ICQ Number" or "Location:" from the "Optional Information" in the registration
to "Registration: Required Information".

I Think it doen't make sense if you just say "ICQ Number" is required adn it is still written under the categorie "Optional Information".

Does anyone know how to do this ??
