New user, dumb question

Ok, I've got my vBulletin up and running. Now what? Is there any documentation that spells out in simple terms how to customize vBulletin? How do I do something as simple as change the default graphic at the top? I've read the entire online manual and most of the template.pdf document but I'm not getting the "big picture" here.

Reading every post in the forum here would probably help bring me up to speed, but that seems terribly inefficient. Basically, what I'm asking is, is there any more documentation?!? I'm feeling like I need to reverse engineer the entire product before I can start making simple customizations to it. I seen in the control panel where most of what I want to do is done, but I need more explanation on how it all works.

Anybody written any tutorials?

The manual currently lacks information about templates and styles. That is currently being written and will hopefully be available soon.

To change the logo:
Go to your Admin CP.
Find Styles on the left side; under that, click Modify.
Click [fonts/colors/etc.] on the screen that comes up.
Click Image Paths at the top of the next page.
Edit the path for the title image to where your file is.
