Images not loading

I need some help, please! I don't think you guys, or anyone else who visits my page sees this, but EVERY TIME I go to my vBulletin page, hosted from IIS via XP Professional, on the same computer, half of the images are missing. Included is a screenshot. Now, I use a Linksys router, dunno if that is the problem, but I host another website on my unix box, and it has no problems. Would it be IIS? It's the latest version I believe. I've tried getting to the site with http://localhost:32765 and the actual address, http://web.darksidekaraoke.com:32765 and both results are the same. Each time I refresh the webpage, different images appear, and others dissapear.

If anyone has any info on how to resolve this, please let me know, it's very frusterating! I can't work on my vB because the actual control panel keeps changing, I have to refresh it as well! It's WIERD!

ps: yes, the image files are there, because when I refresh enough times, sometimes they show, sometimes not.

Do you have XP SP1 installed?
It's a bug with IE6 SP1,which is installed as part of the XP service Pack 1.
