All support is handled online via the forums or the support ticket system. It is the fastest way to get ahold of us. We do provide paid telephone support, avaible 9am-5pm Mon-Fri Pacific Time (GMT - 8 )

No, all support is handled here on vBulletin.com, unless you are a german customer, which your support would be handled at vBulletin-Germany.com or if you were a Chinese Customer you could get support at vbulletin-chinese.com.

The support phone number is listed on the front page of the website, and most other pages on the main site. Please note that phone support is not a free option.

The number listed on the front page is not the support number. It is a sales questions number. The support number will be provided if an when you purchase telephone support from Jelsoft. The call is only toll-free if you live in the United States and Canada. Any other country will pay full telephone charges.

You have to set up the software yourself, or by paying $130 a vBulletin staff member will perform it for you.

As for the $30 a year, I beleive it is fixed.
