vbulletin send 84,000 emails?

We are current licensees but I thought this was the right forum to ask this question in:

We have a PHPlist installation with about 84,000 subscribers.

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with sending tens of thousands of emails with vBulletin > Users > Send Email to Users function.

If it works fine, I can import names, saving people from registering twice when they visit our site. (also PHPlist stalls several times while sending...)

Well I think it would time out if you had it trying to send out those at once, but you can set how many members it processes each time.

For example process 500 members each click, no stalling that way

We used vB email system to send out 30,000 emails to our member as a update. Its works very well, the one down side, which i dislike is that on each batch you send, like 500 at a time, you need to click the send next batch, so you can end up sitting there for hours I hope this will be looked into for the next version, or maybe even a mod made for it
