What did I tell you.

Is there any way; a link or something where I can check the myslq.ini myself before I ask the server? I have checked the php.ini myself. My server I think is getting sick of me and this way I can tell for sure before I proceed to make a suggestion to him as he has told me everything is good.

I think it is apache they are running. If I could look and see for myself before contacting them again it would be great so at least I have some evidence so they don't think I am an idiot.(they already do I think)

Apache is a web server application that runs on different operating systems. Linux is an operating system.

do I need a special program to telenet it or can I do everything from my computer?

A basic Telnet client is included with windows.
Just open a commandprompt and enter "telnet <hostname>.

If you want or have to use SSH you might want to try Putty - a very small, but very goos Telnet/SSH/Whatsoever client.

Steve I can't figure this out....I have tried to use the telent but it is not working.(mabey I am just stupid) If I give you the information could you just go look for me?
