any visitor can access any account without password

I have problem happened two days ago and I found out yesterday about it. the problem is any visitor can access any account without password! there is any solution for this problem? if I upgrade the Forum would this problem solve? how I can avoid this problem in future?

What do you mean by "access" ?

It is impossible to login to any account unless you know the password, if that is what you are saying then you must have a modification installed that is seriously breaking your security.

Sooooooo uninstall it and contact the creator of the mod and have them correct the coding. This is not a vB.com issue.

My hack is being used on www.papegaaienforum.nl and www.scooterhulp.com for 3+ years.

So I am pretty sertain my mod can't be the reason that users are able to login with any password.
