Problems changing Format For Date

When I originally started my Swedish forum almost one year ago I had the setting as "yesterday/today" and "d F".

Now I also want to have the years included and so I changed it to "d F Y" but it did not change anything. I even tried to recreate the cache of threads but no change. Even if I set it as only "d" nothing changes.

I do not know what to do.

What/where did you change the format?
Make sure that you don't have an override set in your Language Settings.

In the admin panel under settings for date and time.

Oh, that could be. Where do I check that?

AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager -> Edit Settings
